By using our website or booking our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.
Services
We provide photography services for weddings, events, portrait sessions, and other occasions. All services depend on availability. We may update, change, or stop any part of our services at any time without prior notice.
Please note that we do not provide raw images, and we do not offer a service that allows clients to choose from all raw files. Final edited images only will be delivered.
Pricing and Payment
Prices are available upon request and may change without notice. Payment is required at the time of booking unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. We accept all major Visa and MasterCard credit cards, American Express, debit cards, and bank transfers. All payments are non refundable except where stated in our cancellation policy.
Cancellation and Refunds
If you need to cancel or change your booking, please get in touch as soon as possible.
Cancellations made 30 days or more before the session may receive a partial refund or a rescheduled date, depending on our availability and discretion.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the session are not eligible for a refund.
Intellectual Property
All photographs, videos, and related content created by Fotomania remain our property. Clients receive a non exclusive licence to use the images for personal use only. Any commercial use requires written permission from Fotomania.
Limitation of Liability
As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for any indirect or consequential loss, damage, or expenses connected to our services. Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the service.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be handled only by the courts of England and Wales.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will apply immediately. By continuing to use our services, you accept the updated terms.
