Term and Conditions

  1. Services
    We offer photography services for various occasions, including weddings, corporate events, portrait sessions, and more. All services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice.

  2. Pricing and Payment
    Prices are provided upon request and are subject to change without notice. Payment is due upon booking unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payment via all major Visa and MasterCard credit cards, American Express, debit cards, or bank transfer. All payments are non-refundable, except as outlined in our cancellation policy.

  3. Cancellation and Refunds
    If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please contact us as early as possible. Cancellations made 30 days or more before the scheduled session may be eligible for a partial refund or rescheduling, at our discretion. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the session are not eligible for a refund.

  4. Intellectual Property
    All content created during sessions, including photographs and videos, remains the property of Fotomania. Clients are granted a non-exclusive licence to use the content for personal use only. Commercial use requires prior written consent from Fotomania.

  5. Limitation of Liability
    To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to our services.

  6. Governing Law
    These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

  7. Changes to Terms
    We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. Any changes will take effect immediately. Continued use of our services following any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
